Like Customer Experience, Service Design is a holistic approach to improve existing and to innovate new service experiences. This multidisciplinary approach combines customer experience, operational model design and design thinking methodologies and tools. Is considers the end to end service journey across all channels and touch points not only from a customer, but also from organizational perspective.

PRODUCT DESIGN

If you have a product that is being sold in the marketplace, you need packaging design. Whether your packaging is a label attached to your product, a box to put it in, or a bottle to contain it, your packaging is what separates your product from all of the others on the shelf. Consumers are inundated with packaging in every environment, and your ability to differentiate your product from others on shelf is crucial. At the same time, remaining true to your brand attributes will both elevate your brand perception and increase sales over the long term.

Bryan Troche / Founder President – Brand Architect

Bryan is a graphic designer with more than 10 years of experience in the Advertising industry. His passion for innovation provided him with the growth and knowledge to build The Retail Engine. He’s the fuel that pumps the agency and the mind that runs it.

Driven by design, Bryan assures that his biggest strength is his enthusiasm towards life. The Retail Engine provides the perfect platform for a creative environment where you can see him wearing different hats, while constantly mastering his design process.

“I say what I think, and that’s my strength. My weakness is being honest about my strength. If I don’t like it, I don’t want it!”

Likes: Foodie by conviction, he lives and works to eat & travel. Bryan also enjoys design, architecture, and music.

Dislikes: He finds failure in conformism, excuses, and politics.

Jessica Zepeda, Main Creative Strategic

Fascinated by colors, Jess finds in each project an opportunity to stamp her style. She playfully approaches color contrasting in order to engage her target audience in a unique imaginative experience.

Her methodology lays in meaningful strategies. Her avid reading and music listening define her approach to inspiration and her passion for design. Jess particularly appreciates challenging objectives, and confronts them with breakthrough ideas and out of the box brainstorming sessions.

“I like to think that there is always room to strive for a better world, a place where big ideas flourish alongside the artistic expression in all of its dimensions.”

Likes: Jess enjoys her time listening music, reading, chitchatting with her husband as well as contemplating nature.

Manuel Gonzalez / Creative Assistant

Meet Mad, a graffiti artist fervent for graphic design. He is a natural born artist who has enlightened with his signature style streets, ads, and minds.

His approach towards life reflects his professional attitude. Mad’s motto: “Take the most, give the most!” evidences his work mode. For him every project is an opportunity to try new hacks in his computer, and charm visuals with his magic.

He’s a focused and determined artist that calls his space a nest of creation. Appreciative for the impact graffiti has had in his professional life, Mad is infectiously enthusiastic about delivering excellence in each of his projects.

Likes: He enjoys graffiti, designing, watching TV sitcoms, and exploring new experiences.

Dislikes: He dislikes brawls.

Marbelle Librado / Account Director

Belle is a fitness lover who’s attracted by the culinary arts.

Her professional and personal life merges rather frequently. She is very expressive, and will always delight you with a recent story or with her straightforward opinion.

Belle loves to talk, she claims: “Conversing is a quality, but also a skill. It is a talent that has opened many doors, and has helped me share and explore extraordinary journeys.”

When meeting her you’ll instantly perceive her hyperactive, impatient, and full of energy vivacity. Her appetite for life leads her professional sharpness by selling great ideas with intensity. Her 10 years of fruitful experience in merchandising, sales, and in the Retail industry has built her a powerful character that finds discomfort in routines, and strength in resolving life’s spontaneous gifts.

Likes: Belle enjoys cooking. You can always see her motivated and ruthlessly pushing for the best.

Dislikes: She hates mice, Sarcasm and the Conformity.

Oscar Santana, Customer Service Provider

Oscky is an experienced salesman with an eye for insights. His background in sales goes back to his elementary school years. Quickly he became thrilled by the business world, and followed a career in the Retail industry.

“The Retail industry offered me a new sales perspective, where I understood the details that occur “behind the counter”, as well as the intricacies of running a business.”

He admits that his accounting preparation has been a pillar in shaping his professional development. Moreover, Oscky acknowledges that being organized is essential to his modus operandi.

Like: Oscky is all about knowing what’s buzzing and what’s trending.

Dislike: He refuses to be around negative people.
